Terms and Conditions
1. Program Delivery
This program is delivered online via Zoom on the scheduled dates listed at the time of purchase.
All registered participants will receive access to a private portal containing session replays and resources.
While attendance at live sessions is recommended, participation is the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. Access and Use
Your registration grants you personal, non-transferable access to the program and its materials.
Program materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
3. Program Dates and Changes
The program consists of 12 live sessions, commencing on Sunday, 7th December 2025 and concluding on Sunday, 8th March 2026, with a scheduled Christmas/New Year break.
While every effort will be made to deliver sessions as scheduled, the facilitator reserves the right to reschedule or modify dates if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
4. Technology and Access
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
The facilitator is not responsible for individual technical issues preventing attendance.
5. Community Upgrade
If you have upgraded to the Community, your membership is included in your program purchase.
The Community is also available as a stand-alone product for general purchase.
Early Bird pricing is only available to those who purchase through the upgrade option within the program.
Refund Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees certain rights for consumers.
1. Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to attend sessions.
2. Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
The program or community is not delivered as promised.
The service is substantially different from what was described.
The service is provided in a way that creates a major problem under the ACL.

3. Cancellations by Facilitator
If the program or community cannot be delivered as promised due to circumstances beyond the facilitator’s control, participants will receive either:
A rescheduled program, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of undelivered content.
4. Payment Plans
If a payment plan option is chosen, participants are legally responsible for completing all payments unless a major failure occurs as defined under the ACL.
